This free workshop is for the woman who’s tired of performing her life instead of fully living it.
Because somewhere along the way, she learned that being herself wasn’t enough to belong.
So she adapted.
She became polished.
Successful.
Needed.
Impressive.
And now the performance is so normal… she barely notices it anymore.
Until the pressure becomes impossible to ignore.
What You’ll Learn:
-
The hidden ways high-functioning women perform for approval, safety, and belonging
-
Why success often makes the shadow more sophisticated; not smaller
-
The emotional and nervous system cost of constantly managing perception
-
The sisterhood wound, comparison, and subtle competition keeping women disconnected from themselves
-
Why external success doesn’t automatically create internal safety
-
How to begin releasing the pressure to prove, perfect, and perform
This isn’t another “become your highest self” conversation.
It’s about coming back to who you were before the world taught you to perform.
Perfect For You If:
- You feel like you’re always “on” around other people
- You overthink how you’re perceived, even in subtle ways
- You’re successful, but still don’t fully feel settled inside yourself
- You’re tired of curated, performative online spaces
- You crave deeper, more real connection with other women
- You’re ready to feel unfiltered, unbothered, and unburdened
About Naz:
Naz Spurrier is a licensed psychotherapist with nearly two decades of trauma-informed clinical experience.
For most of her career, she worked with high-functioning, intelligent women who “looked fine” on the outside: successful careers, strong relationships, polished lives; but internally felt anxious, overextended, and responsible for everything.
What she saw over and over again was this:
It wasn’t a lack of strategy.
It wasn’t laziness.
It wasn’t weakness.
It was nervous system dysregulation and protective patterns running the show.
Naz specializes in helping ambitious women understand and resolve those patterns through a grounded blend of psychotherapy principles, parts work, nervous system regulation, and shadow integration.
Her work is practical, not performative.
Therapy-informed, not trend-based.
Direct, but deeply compassionate.
She teaches that ease is not the absence of ambition; it’s what happens when your system feels safe enough to sustain success.
Naz lives in Maryland with her family and believes that inner work should feel empowering, grounded, and sustainable; not overwhelming.
This is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about becoming regulated enough to be who you already are.
