Lorena shares how her immigration journey, which required her to prove she was "extraordinary" within a year to stay in the country, brought her to rock bottom. Meditation and manifesting weren't moving anything. Then a sudden urge to paint, sparked by Mary Poppins, became the first time she'd felt good in months. That moment led her to write her own TV show and to discover that play brings out her bravest, most creative self.

  • Why inner child work doesn't have to center only on pain, and why she deserves to have fun too
