Katie shares why so few entrepreneurs actually have a business model that supports their desired lifestyle and how getting clear on what you want your life and business to look like can change the decisions you make inside of it.

They talk about creating a clear “GPS checkpoint” for where you’re headed—even when you don’t know exactly how you’re going to get there—and using that vision to simplify your offers, operations, and priorities.

Naz and Katie also dive into the importance of combining intuition with actual data. Because sometimes the offer isn’t failing—you decided it was failing three days after launching it. 👀 Looking at metrics like email opens, conversions, and sales can help you separate what’s actually happening in your business from the story your nervous system is telling you about it.
